Having said that, I just watched the end- it LOOKS like the "Wogan" set but that bloke at the end appears to be wearing glasses from this angle- which Ive never seen Wogan do...Hmm....(though it could well be him- still more likely to be that then TOTP anyway)

This live "Got To Be Certain"- her voice is SO much more expressive live than it used to be on record in those days. SAW must have strangulated SO much out of her voice with their twiddly boxes...

I actually dont think it is ! Have you downloaded what Joseph has ? It pans from the presenter (who you dont see) but back to him as well at the end (when you do see him) meaning she is actually in the studio. Listen to the voiceover at the start- "C'est Kylie Minogue" (pronounced Kee-lee, Min, ohhhh-ge as the French do)

Having said that, the titles do put "Worldwide Singles Sales To Date..." in English

But the voiceover is DEFINITELY in French and Id be surprised if they panned out to a UK presenter on the French show...
