The album isn't too bad. I'd give it 6/10.
Simple rock, kinda female Placebo meets Hole.

a whimsical rock opera set in a hawkwind album cover-esque world... in autumn... with hobgoblins... and the morning dew settling silently on each individual blade of grass, as the warrior prepares himself for the greatest battle of his life...
Having heard it last night, 'Followed the Waves' itself ain't too bad, but I still stand by my earlier comments in this thread...;)
I MUCH anticipate this album. Followed the Waves is MARVELLOUS.
Wonder if she'll outsell Courtney Love? That'd be FUN....

8/10 in NME...
Q like her too. They called it 'The First must-have album of 2004'.
