Well the production is quite similar.

I'm sure it's abysmal, like everything else they've done.

Ugh, perhaps I should upload the original and elighten those who haven't heard it. Well maybe not.

Haven't the children suffered enough!

And the Pretenders for that matter...

The vocal on the original was faultless, this is just BLAND!

The original is a fucking classic. Always shocked that it stalled at #10...

I don't think I could cope with hearing two abysmal covers (the other being Jamelia's) of great ballads in two consecutive weeks.
So I think I'll pass thanks

What IS that Stop song? How does it go? I don't think I know it.

Do I definitely know it?

Very moving string ballad about an unfaithful partner..

All that I have is all that you given me
Did you ever worry that I'd come to depend on you.

are the first lines.

Originally a top 5 er for Sam Brown in 1989.

Ooh does it go "Woah, oh oh, you'd better stop... Before you tear it all apart..."?

I'll forgive Girls Aloud anything if I can get nude shots of Cheryl. Did I say that out loud?

I'm sure such things exist, though I am disappointed in you Octy, I thought only Ross N had the slut-look fetish!

octophone

How DARE you refer to the delightful and angelic Cheryl as a SLUT!???? She's one of the lord's own children, even if she does beat up people for being black....

Could say it's karma for Chrissie Hynde (sp?) for being in the 'Love Can Build A Brige' record for Comic Relief (or was that CIN as well???).

The quality simply doesn't MATTER. The album will be great and lots of simpletons will buy it because of this single, which WILL be Number ONE!

I never liked that song much, always thought it was bland and dull. They're WELCOME to it. If this means they don't get their hands on "The Power Of Love" then all the BETTER

Agnetha

#1 I'd imagine then if it's for CIN...

Karvel

Pretty bland tune actually; not up to the quality of Love Machine or The Show :(
