Bit confused as to why I'm shown with £10k on the chart. I reinvested at about midday yesterday and currently have £9920.15. My percentage change is -0.99% which is the figure that should be in the chart.

Yeah I wondered that this morning too! I've just checked now and you're no.30 with -0.99% growth. Sometimes they are a little slow in the mornings to update, and I think I posted this just before they updated the chart fully!
