YEARS and YEARS ago he was in a drama called "Takin' Over The Asylum", and I fancied him in that too

Anthony Head?!! BRILLIANT!

Loving the costume too - it's a much more traditional Doctor costume than the Ninth Doctor's. And my friend owes me a fiver now, we had a bet that the new Doctor would be wearing jeans. I did try to tell her there was no way, but she refused to believe me. And ok, we can't see his legs, so he COULD be wearing jeans...but I doubt it. ;)

At INSIDE THE TARDIS Colin Baker told the story about how he wanted black trousers & jacket instead of the monstrosity he got, & how Eccleston finally got *his* costume.

And what a surprise - Outpost Gallifrey has gone insane! 414 people online right now, 252 of them viewing the Series Two forum. Over 500 posts in the thread about the new costume. And in a poll of 478 people, 394 think it's fantastic!

I think that outfit is the best since Tom's - much more Doctor-ish, quirky but blending in.

And I shouldn't need to say how THRILLED I am about the return of two of the show's most excellent women

I LOVE the new costume. As someone else said it's the best "Doctor" costume since the Tom Baker era.

What with Billie Piper, Liz Sladen, Penelope Wilton, Graeme Harper and the Cybermen on board this could be even more fabby than the first season!

I hope Sarah comes back for more than just one episode. I'd love to see her as a recurring character in the way that Jackie and Mickey are in Series One (and will continue to be in Series Two).

Sarah would probably fancy this Doctor. Hell, Rose will probably fancy this Doctor, poor Mickey :p

Sarah needs to be in the CYBERMEN story

Maybe Mickey will try and get it on with Sarah to try and make Rose jealous...

Anthony Head... :D :D :D

Nonsense - the trainers give it a bit of eccentricity.

Rather WORRYINGLY, one of my mates happens to dress QUITE LIKE the new Doctor when he goes out

Those trainers sort of remind me of Peter Davison's look for some reason

Sarah needs to be in the CYBERMEN story
Seems like she's not going to be - according to Outpost Gallifrey, she's in the third episode, School Reunion, along with Tony Head, who plays the headmaster. The Cybermen appear in episodes 5 and 6.

Also seems like Sarah is just in the one episode. :moopy:
