I DO believe the film was called something along the lines of "Doctors 3: Anal Examination", although somewhat snappier. That particular young man played a young cadet who was being, erm, probed by the army doctor. I DISTINCTLY recall there being an advert for part four (disturbingly titled "Enema Overload") at the end of the shoddy VHS I purch...erm, borrowed and you do NOT want to know what was going on THERE, though i can WELL imagine Moira has a WHOLE separate category for it....
