Main - tuna steak with wild rice and leeks in creme fraiche

Try my vegetarian celery surprise. Ingredients:
Chopped celery.
Onion
Olive oil
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Black onion seeds
Juice of one lemon
Tin of tomatoes
Salt & pepper
Fry the celery & onion in olive oil then add the powders & onion seeds & tomatoes & stir & simmer till it looks ready. Serve with pasta/spaghetti :cool:

It's usually red with tomato bits, peas, corn and carrots!
