Call it a survey. It's interesting to get a poll of people every now and then...

I honestly don't know. I don't believe in not voting, so I'd have to give it a lot of thought.

I'm not sure. It would either be Labour or the Liberal Democrats. I don't think the current government has been totally disastrous, but I don't know what value there is in voting for a party that will never make it anyway.

I agree with your stance, in a way... but if a party receives an especially improved vote, then that commands respect in future elections. Long-term thinking needn't be dead.

Me too, but i would never vote SNP on that very same basis.
I think Scotland does rather well out of membership of the United Kingdom.

I can't decide who to vote for in this poll. I have a bits of Labour, Tory and Lib Dem in my political views.
Ugh. If the election was TODAY it would be Lib Dem or Tory. Although i would feel disappointed with having voted either - not for Labour's sake tho.

You done your essays yet Mr Carter?

My God if the few results we have so far are an indicator than David Cameron will sweep the board next time... Of course they're far from an indicator, but if the Tories are leading the way at Moopy then they must be pretty popular in the country at the moment...

No :D I blame him and the likely fact that he doesn't actually exist outside the realms of cyberspace.

Lib Dems normally SWEEP this poll on Moopy... With Tories THIRD
Nice added touch of the right coloured bars for the main parties. Of course it all goes a bit Pete Tong after that though....
Not sure who I'd vote for - it's too early yet anyway for such a poll.

Two of the Tory votes are from newbies though. Mind you, we haven't had votes for them from Joey, Jack and Cwej either.

The lucky guys - they must be too YOUNG to remember when the tories were in power.
Either that or just plain THICK.

They were last in power in 1997. You'd have to be pretty young.

You could also say the ones who are SO against the very idea of Tory rule are too young to remember the last time Labour were in power.

There's absolutely no point in having a political party debate on Moopy, for open minded people everyone is pretty close minded!

I'm not being unduly pro-Tory. Just trying to balance the scales a bit.
I'm just fed up of the stupidity and ignorance behind some of the Tory bashing you get amongst people our age.

Well Tory = Bad  and Lib Dem = Nice :) is pretty much the line of thought you'll be working against!

It's trendy among some people to be anti-Tory, especially anti-Thatcher.

There is a wave of general disillusionment with the government at the moment, which is understandable - even more so now that the Tories are posing a credible alternative. However, I can't see them winning the next election. I remember reading an interesting article saying that Labour, in spite of its major blunders, had made good headway on a lot of more 'minor' social issues; minor in the sense that they haven't drawn in the headlines like their mistakes and failings have. Of course this carries no weight with the general public. But I do truly believe that I'm not alone in feeling that while the UK is not governed perfectly, it wouldn't be any better - and no doubt worse - under the Conservatives.
Labour.
Thatcherism was the worst thing, no way oh way.
I don't agree with the tories ideologies.
