I discovered this site the other night when I had a corrupt file on my iPod that was stopping me adding or deleting new tracks, and did a google search.
There are lots of FAQs, tutorials (I've learned how to rip DVDs and convert them to watch in the iPod), and forums where people ask all sorts of questions. Some of it is probably quite basic for a lot of you, but as something of a luddite, I found it very helpful.
