He is currently in the UK on tour, does anyone go to a concert?
What's your favourite album?
Favourite song?
Do you prefer him Pre or post Savage Garden?
He's a gayer no doubt?
Does California now getting a release?
I've seen him in concert before. I wanted to go this time but didn't have money for a ticket.
Favourites are Strange Relationship and Unloveable (ooooh those lyrics!!).
Gayer?? Well... I like him so he probably is!

Unloveable has really incredible lyrics. Touching!
Darkness is a terrific song. Australian top 50 hit.

Seems like a rather nice bloke. Liked the first album a lot. Didn't get the second one but I downloaded 'Popular'.

The pure electric songs of the 2nd turned me off.
There are a couple of nice guitar-ballads also there.
Darkness and Dublin sky, but they are no comparison to the lovely I miss you, I can't ever get enough of you etc. from the 1st one.
He is a brilliant lyricist, and his voice is just gorgeous.

I can never decide whether I hate this bastard or hold him in sneaking regard. I seem to either LOVE OR HATE anything he's involved in, but fall more on the HATE side I must say

Poor Darren Hayes - languishing in the MOR forum.

Since he sang "Lost without you" as a honour to Delta, who could not perform at the ARIA Awards back then, he is a HERO to me.

There is something I find appealing about him (enough to buy his albums) but it never translates into an actual liking of him as an artist. I prefer the second album to the first (and they did a good job with the copy protection - it took me ages to get it onto my iPod) and I do like his voice but the stuff he did with Savage Garden gets me more than the solo stuff.

And poor Delta at the end :(
It makes me want to go and buy five copies of her album.

Of course he is.
I don't mind him but I much preffered the Savage Garden stuff than solo
(and they did a good job with the copy protection - it took me ages to get it onto my iPod)
How do I do this?? I can't copy it to ipod. :(
Please.

I can't copy it to my Mp3 player either! I have several albums like that actually, most annoying when you've paid for them.

He is currently in the UK on tour, does anyone go to a concert? - Wish I could go, but he's not on tour here, I guess it's brilliant.
What's your favourite album? - Hard, Affirmation probably too!
Favourite song? - Savage Garden: To beds and a cofee machine, I don't know you anymore :moopy:, Darren-solo: I miss you, Can' ever get enough of you
Do you prefer him Pre or post Savage Garden? - Half/half a bit more pre!
He's a gayer no doubt? I agree Rachey, no doubt.
Does California now getting a release? Think it was cancelled, it was on the Best of Savage Garden album.

He got interviewed, and somehow that like they will never be together as a band.
Quite sad..., the whole promotion for the best-of Darren has done alone, and the new songs on it have all been solo-stuff.

My new double record will be released worldwide on my own
label Powdered Sugar in August 2007.
Currently mixing an epic Double Album in London for release in August 2007. The record will feature 25 songs recorded with the help of a Vintage 1983 Fairlight CMI syth - expect a cinematic, theatrical and epic Opus.
Old thing but I have not seen a picture of them.

I went to that exact gig, too! Late 2004 it was.
The Tension And The Spark is truly one of the best records made ever - by ANYONE. A bleepy electro-pop masterpiece.
