Liquid eyeliner appreciation thread - with a special mention for coloured eyeliner

I can do my right eye perfectly, but my left eye always goes tits up :evil: A wet cotton bud tidies it up nicely though

I can't be doing with liquid eyeliner. I'd fuck it up. I can do my daily make-up almost perfectly with no mirror though.

I'm a bit obsessed with the coloured eyeliners at the moment. I'm trying to collect as many as possible to be able to co-ordinate wth what I'm wearing. I'm getting quite good at that cloudy look using those funky smudging sponges.

I have a liquid eyeliner....ive used it a bit but im not a huge fan...it just looks a bit too SHARP...i prefer a bit more subtle

liquid and pencil eyeliners both have their own time and place. at the moment i'm preferring pencil.

i have blue and silver eye pencils too.... i need to go out more, i'm not getting the chance to wear this stuff anymore! :(

I'm only jealous anyway. I found that once I got past about 28, liquid eyeliner got a kind of serrated edge quality on my eyes that frankly looked SILLY.

I often use eyeshadow on both upper and lower lids now too, for added colour.

i was only joking meri love - top tips for liquid eyeliner application:

1 - use a magnified mirror
2 - rest your elbow on a flat surface

I have started using it again as it is the only thing I use when I have the red lips as the usual dramatic eyes end up making you look like a tranny.
