Some computer help PLEASE

For some cunting reason the font has become ridiculously tiny on some websites I go on, mainly hotmail, my t'internet banking and a couple of others.

Any ideas why and how I can rectify the situation PLEASE!

Mine does that sometimes - i go to - View - Text Size and select medium

Are you on their cable service though? they still like their cable customers. They are trying to ditch all of their adsl (they've discontinued it) - the customer service guy virtually admitted as much.
