How do I stop programs starting automatically whenever I start up?

I remember being told once before but I've forgotten how to do it.

Startup tab.

Alternatively you can just delete or remove things from your startup folder under programs. Doesnt work for everything though.

It should be in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs


Failing that, just go into Start menu, then scroll down to Programs, then scroll to Startup, and right click on any items there you want to get rid of, and left click on delete...
