Yes, I did wonder that when I used it about a month ago. No problems SO FAR...

And it's a hell of a lot quicker.

Plus, you can change your password at any time on the celebdaq site, so if you're bothered you can change it after.

No, I don't think so. It's discussed frequently on the celebdaq message boards, and they haven't seen fit to delete it though.

I sometimes look on there on a Thursday evening as often people are discussing who might be a good investment for next week. Never posted though.
