Is Michael coming back?
People still watch Lost?
What are its ratings like these days? I don't know ANYONE who didn't totally lose interest by the end of series 2.

Of course they do. I don't have a clue about UK ratings.
If you can make any sense of this here are the US rating figures. Certainly not at the height of the first series, but still pretty damn good!
Ratings Report
xx,xxx, xxx; y.y/ZZ, with x = viewers, y = % of total US households watching LOST, Z = % of households with TV's on that were watching LOST (as opposed to another program)
One of Us: 12,075,000; 7.1/12
One of Us (E): 2.4/4
Catch-22: 12,090,000; 7.2/12
Catch-22 (E): 2.1/3
D.O.C.: 11,860,000; 7.3/12
D.O.C. (E): 4,300,000
The Brig: 12,347,000; 7.4/12

Lee, I did read the centrics. Havn't watched the promos yet
And those ratings make no sense AT ALL to me
And those ratings make no sense AT ALL to me
One of Us: 12,075,000; 7.1/12
12,075,000 is the amount of viewers.
7.1 is the percentage of US households watching lost
12 is the percentage of US households watching tv at the time and are watching lost

The last episode of series 3 blew me out the water!! It's what the show needed to keep me interested. Series 4 should be interesting.

Well I was going to attempt something SARCY but thought there was little point.

Does anyone know whether series 4 will be exclusive to Sky or has Branson 'coughed up' to show it on Virgin?

I haven't watched it on tv since the middle of season 1! Why would you? The ads are WELL annoying.

Bought the series 3 boxset today.
I hear that series 4 will be "fast-tracked" in Australia a week or so after the US airings, which has never happened before, usually it starts as it's almost over in the US.

OMGZ its 3 weeks today!
Here are some enticing episode descriptions to wet your appetites.
WARNING. Some CWOJ'S may find these spoilerific. But I don't really consider them to be.
"The Beginning of the End" Turns out the people on Not Penny's Boat actually aren't on Penny's boat. Jack will continue to believe he is saving his people while Ben and Locke tell him otherwise. Hurley will have a chat with a special someone... Desmond will return from the Looking Glass to warn Sayid and Juliet of Charlie's message. The survivors will travel back to Oceanic 815's cockpit where it all began. It will begin again, but this time, it's The Beginning of the End. Off the island, Hurley is in a bit of trouble...
"Confirmed Dead" Once upon a time there were a group of people that came to the island but people were already there. Twice so far it's happened. And it's happening again. Not Penny's boat has sent more parachutists to check out the island. Now that all the survivors are together and the freighter people have landed, they can radio back to Not Penny's Boat. Locke continues to believe what is happening is not supposed to happen while Jack begins to realize he has made a mistake. How could Not Penny's boat be there to rescue the survivors? After all, they were all Confirmed Dead. Off the island, the freighter crew is shown before departing to the Island.
"The Economist" Locke and Sayid begin to discuss their new visitors. They both believe something is not right. Sayid wants to travel to the freighter, but Locke begins to trust Ben when he tells him he knows what is going on on the freighter. Meanwhile, Hurley is trapped and must be saved. Off the island, Sayid is in Germany and has a rough relationship with his girlfriend.
"Eggtown" Tensions start to build between survivors as they still do not know who to trust. Off the island, and ending with a shocking twist, Kate will go on trial and a rich man's corporation will be explored. You have to see it to believe it. Eggs!
"The Constant" Off the island, Desmond's time in and dishonorable discharge from the military will be explored.
"The Other Woman" In flashbacks, more of Juliet's time on the island will be seen. This time, however, it is after the plane has crashed and in response to actions of the survivors. Expect to see old faces and a new DHARMA station called The Orchid.
"Ji Yeon" Off the island, Jin will learn how to become a father when his daughter, Ji Yeon, is born. Get ready for another shocker. Again, you have to see it to believe it.
Episode 408 Off the island, we will see Michael's time after he was released by the Others. Expect to see at least two dead characters. And a perfect cliffhanger...you have to see, ah well, you know the rest.
