As welcome as they are here, seeing as we'll be building up a website around these forums which will be promoted in various ways, these forums will soon be attracting new members away from just those people who used to post on Dot.

Chart music mainly equals pop music ... the pop forum was mainly deserted at Dot as the main chatter went on in the Chart forum. I agree with Acer with the idea of merging the two.

yes, but the think about dot is that there wasn't a clear distinction from the start... so people posted it all in the chart forum, which ended up getting SO bogged down that the movement was necessary...

here, we are making the distinction from the start... so there shouldn't be a problem!
