James Fox (oh yeah, HIM!)
Haifa (WHO? Isn't that somewhere in Israel?)
Haydon (Good GOD!)
Madison Taylor (WHO?)
Hyrise (boyband, 4 members, dread to think)
En-Rapture (FUCK ME!)
It's going to be a blast!

I'm gonna guess that Haifa is the girl who narrowly missed out on final 10 in Pop Idol 1, coming third in the heat that Zoe Birkett and Gareth Gates were in...
Anyways, at least the Ben A1 rumours aren't true...

They're all RUBBISH!
Is that the BEST 6 songs the BBC could come up with? I don't know why they bothered!

Oh MY
En-rapture- its like substandard Sweden SHITE
Haifa- Trying hard be to Delta Goodrem, which lets face it is NEVER a good thing. Not BAD, just DULL...
Haydon- my ARSE. He cant even SING that well live. Piss OFF...
Hyrise- My god I expected one of them to be above PISS POOR by now. This is AWFUL...
James- Best of the bunch so far but its still pretty dire...
Madison- Sour faced old BITCH for a start. Oh and the song is utterly CRAP as well. A TUNE might be nice, love. Let alone the BANAL lyrics...
WHO IS picking these songs ? I could do better with my fucking EARS blocked...

I think Hayden's might sound nice in cheesy ballad terms in full.... and the En-rapture tune is catchy but lame lyrics. Oh well who cares.
They are APPALLING. I write better songs in my bedroom. They are just WAITING to be DISCOVERED.

Hyrise?
En-Rapture?
With names that SHITE I could never even consider voting for either of them.
I can't quite believe how awful those songs are. James Fox is marginally less bad than the rest, but Christ on a bike...

Surely this is some AMUSING BBC stunt designed to whip us up into a frenzy isnt it ?
Well ISNT it ?
It just doesn't make any sense. It really doesn't. I don't get it.
I'm sorry but what is WRONG with our country? Go to a music college somewhere and check out some of the talent there and get them all to write some songs - and you're BOUND to get at least 2 or 3 better than that load of bollocks.
Hyrise?
What a shit name for a shit band. Oh, I know, lets name oursleves after the ugliest type of accomodation we can think of....
Why not just call themselves bedsit or semi-detached?

We all like to moan about how bad we're going to do and how we never win, but when you look at our record it's not that bad compared to the other Big 4 countries.
UK - 7 years since last win
Germany - 22 years since last win
France - 27 years since last win
Spain - 35 years since last win
You have to wonder why the "Big 4" bother to contribute the most money with that record.

Germany should have won last year.

On a first listen Haydon's seems the best out of a non-descript bunch.
Just as long as that annoying bint Haifa doesn't win anyway. 'Respected for her r'n'b and garage style' ? *sniggers*
