my IE at the office (i can't change it, folks) is being a right cunt
when i try to log into ggggg i get a window that says:
"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
our administrators reinstalled my IE, i also deleted my entire history, but none of these worked
anyone have any ideas?

no, it's still being a huge cunt
Have you notified the ggggg team? I've never heard of such a problem before, they'd probably like to know!
What edition are you on? Try updating.

like i said it's not just ggggg now, last fm also gives me the same error so it's my computer
probably some virus, but my virus scanner says it's fine and trying to use online scanners (as i can't install anything) doesn't work, because i don't have the required java version
Your administrators suck. Tell them to get you a new computer OR ELSE

Hm, I read loads of conspiracy theories about MS and Google having deliberate compatibility issues to drive people to/from a product. ggggg is great with browsers just not with IE apparently. At the bottom of ggggg, have you tried using the "older version" link?

it's not just gggg, i can't log into anything (other than moopy for some blessed reason) - including last.fm, epay.bg, ggggg.com... etc

What if you right click the IE icon on the desktop and choose Start Without
Add-ons?
Or go to Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Internet
Explorer (No Add-ons).

short of deleting everything on my computer i really can't think of anything else
Are you on a network? I'd get them to rebuild your machine.
