Go to this address on your iPhone:

phone.tvcatchup.com

and you can watch BBC1, BBC2, BBC3, itv1, itv2, Channel 4, E4, Film 4, More4, 4Music and Five live with a little delay. It works really well!

On a side note, I've only just discovered that you can add websites to your homescreen like an app which is perfect of this kind of thing :disco:

It's telling me I need to download flash and I didn't think the iPhone allows flash!?

It's not working for my iPod Touch - but it's citing bandwidth problems so I'll give it a go later on.

Think of the bandwith it will eat up though. I know O2 have "unlimited" web, but streaming TV everyday will certainly put you over "unlimited".
