I'm getting quite nostalgic in my old age and some of my texts chains are really sentimental *cries*.

Is there anyway I can get them onto my computer? Ideally while leaving them on my iPhone?

Take a screen shot and then send the jpeg to your computer? Not the most elegant solution, granted... :D

I don't know, I don't have an iPhone, but if you go to said message and the list of options and then Forward, don't it let you change the type of the message?

just get a GOOD OLD PROPER phone

Not if there are "100 long texts as a chain", it would take forever. You'd be better off doing the screen shots thing!

I see there's a program called Tansee iPhone Transfer SMS that will let you transfer your texts to Windows, it has a free trial but I don't know what the limitations are

EDIT: only first 20 messages :zombie:
