I'm going to be getting an iPhone soon and want to get a cover for the back (as well as a protective screen for the front) so it doesn't get scratched. But there are so many different kinds on the market, what does anyone recommend?

To be honest, I don't recommend a case at all.

For the screen, I just have a thin plastic film. Not sure whether it's needed either.

I have a leather case. No protective screen, but it's really good if it gets dropped on a hard surface.

I have a nice RUBBERY one :ken: no screen cover though, I'm relying on the thin layer of omnipresent grease that I can never get off to protect it from any scratches. So far so good

dont use a glasses-wipe, im SURE it did something FUNNY to my screen

not the actual display, just when it's off, the surface has an odd look to it now. Maybe it was always like that

Did I totally imagine I got a micro fibre cloth with my iPhone? My friend said she never got one but I’m sure the one I have is from it.

I don't think I got a cloth with the phone, but I did with my cover.

Yeah, me too Slave.

I think me rubbing the back of my iPhone too much is already resulting in some minor scratches :(
