I DID watch some of it (I hadn't really caught the Ch4 version before). Prue Leith is dreadful on this. I always have time for some Toksvig but...
All of the above. There was a magic formula in place. Take away even one aspect and it falls by the wayside.
It only had charm when it was on the Beeb. The move to Channel 4 basically stripped it of its most essential appeal.
I love Anneka. Unfortunate that she had to dance the charleston so soon.
YSL's Kouros is another 80's classic. Some people smell urinal cakes but there's no denying the influence it has had.
It's a classic leather scent. I get that some people might find the gasoline note nauseous but to dismiss it is silly.
Much better than anything...
If you like patchouli, try and get a whiff of Coromandel by Chanel. Expensive but fuck me, it smells good.
Perhaps Labour is too much of a broadchurch then? I do not recognise the values held by such people as comparable to my own, be they poorly...
It was an utterly charming and lovely little show when it was on BBC 2 and remained that way even when it hit the big time in its transfer to BBC...
I'll be flogging mine soon on eBay if you're interested.
I don't get the criticism of Kiss Me Once at all. I much prefer it to the album that came before it.
Golden is on par for me. I wouldn't say it...
Fat Electrician is superb. As is Jasmine et Cigarette.
I'm glad I've introduced you to the wonders of ELd'O.
It is Tilda Swinton's fragrance house of choice. It couldn't not be good*
*apart from Secretions Magnifiques.
Have you tried any of Etat Libre D'Orange's fragrances Yvonne? The Afternoon Of A Faun is my very favourite in that line up.
I should probably post a picture of my collection. I don't even wear 99% of it.
At my fragrance buying worst, I squandered nearly £200 on a bottle of Frederic Malle's Portrait Of A Lady. Thank fuck I'm over that.
See I still massively love fragrances but I haven't bought any new ones in years and the ones I do have, I keep around to sniff on the odd...
I guess it's just me that loves this then? The chorus with its laid back 90s vibe is immense.
