There is talk on popjustice that they are doing a single for the world cup, and it is part of a world cup album with all different artists, but the AK song is going to get a release?

What the hell, do they just get back together once every two years for a charity single or a novelty record? Will there be a video?

This will be a single in Germany.
It's called Goleo VI & Atomic Kitten.

Goleo VI is the official Mascot of the World Cup and has "featured" already Bob Sinclar "Love generation" and Lumidee with Fatman Scoop "Dance! (Both Top 10 singles)

Now they release a cover-version of "All together now" by Atomic Kitten (the song was already on the Goleo VI album, but not in the version with Atomic Kitten), and there is a ANIMATED VIDEO for the song.

I guess the song has been recorded years ago by Atomic Kitten and is now used in the whole World Cup hype..

As the video and the CD cover does not feature the Kittens I don't think there will be a "real" comeback!

I heard other songs more. I think it depends on the match. After Germany vs Poland they played the Oliver Pocher song, which is actually good for what it is. I also heard Shakira's Hips Don't Lie after a match. Never recognized "Dance!" so far. and only heard the Atomic Kitten Song once, so far.

I think they play all those World Cup songs a lot. But there aren't really songs which are played more than others IMHO.
