    I was ill last night, ugh, and don't feel like eating any of the stuff i have in the flat. Bar teacakes. So i've had 2. Well, they needed using up.

    cream cheese and salmon tart and a piece of fruit cake for lunch

    probably tortellini with pesto - nothing proper gets cooked when i'm working in the evenings

    lunch - chicken fillet and salad
    snacks - 2 blueberry cereal bars


    dinner will either be pasta with pesto or chinese, I havent decided yet

    Tea will be spicy pumkin soup with grated cheese, with a lot of toast and butter. Except the pumpkin soup is from a supermarket and spicy actually means BLAND

    2 biscuits
    Watermelon
    beef, potatoes, green beans and gravy
    2 scoops ice cream and crushed maltesers

    Since arriving in Australia im having just 1 big meal a day and then fruit and a small snack. Its working WELL.
