Delia Smith has the best recipies on how to poach and scramble eggs ever, people make poaching eggs sound so difficult when its actually really really easy to do decent ones if you don't mind them looking a little imperfect

Her tip about taking scrambled eggs off when there is a quarter liquid and adding butter is a stroke of genius

Mushroom omelette, fried egg, dippy boiled egg with toasty soldiers, poached egg, chopped up in kedgeree, egg mayo butties (with and without prawns). I eat far too many eggs than are good for me.

    ABSOLUTELY

I can't STAND overcooked scrambled eggs. They go all rubbery and bleurgh.

I'd imagine a lot of people would think how I have mine is undercooked, but I love it.

There really are about a billion ways to eat eggs aren't there? I imagine there are a good 10 other popular ways I forgot

I've been rediscovering them as a student, they really are very handy to have in the fridge. If you have absolutely nothing in eggs+bread+ketchup= fried egg sandwich

I forgot eggy bread, so bad for you but so so TASTY

I'm only comfortable with em scrambled, and quite well done (not sloppy). Any other way makes me feel a bit sick (although I can stomach a fried egg on occasion). I have them with loads of HP sauce.

Well Eggs Benedict is a staple dish for me but it's not really a way of eating eggs is it? It's just a poached egg with accompaniments.

It's a tie for me. I love them in almost every way conceivable. I make the greatest French omlettes and scrambled eggs though!

And since you have stuff like eggnog and egg mayonnaise on there, I'm surprised you don't have hollandaise.

Boiled is my favorite and for some reason I can't stomach (literally) scrambled eggs any more, they just make me sick.

Boiled, fried, poached, omellete, scrambled or eggs benedict, they are all good. Though eggs benedict would be my favourite.

I'm changing my vote from scrambled to en cocotte. Which essentially of course is just baked egg. But with a smidgeon of double cream and a grating of nutmeg when I do them.

Scrambled for me with generous rounds of toast. I love tortilla and cheese omelettes too. If it's boiled it's got to be hard boiled.

OMG I ADORE eggs. I could eat them every day.

I am a HUGE fan of scrambled eggs on toast with tinned tomatoes, I like fairly runny scrambled eggs.

And I love soft boiled with soldiers, egg may sandwiches and soft fried eggs on toast.

I always love the smell of omlettes but I find the taste a let down.

And I cant cook poached at all

OH MY GOD I LOVE EGGS.

    1. Poached
    2. Boiled with runny yolk
    3. Baked
    4. Scrambled
    5. Fried

I'm not ranking the others as I see them more as dishes rather than cooking methods. I love tortilla though. Less keen on plain omelettes - they're just like overdone scrambled eggs to me.

I've been doing poached or scrambled eggs in muffins at work lately with a slice of tomato and some cheese.
