    Dragons' Den

How DARE we not have a thread going for this!? My only reason for watching is for the Iguana-eyed Deborah Meaden who is quite frankly, the best person on telly.

One day I want her to get up out of her seat and announce, 'That's it, your business is fucking shit and I can tell from your pitch that you'd be an absolute cunt to work with, I'm terribly sorry but for that reason...I'M OUT!'.

Deborah Meaden is AMAZING. You can tell she's got hardly any money compared to the others. She never invests in ANYTHING.

You can always rely on RB! Peter Jones swarms in, by Helicopter, she gets out of a Corsa a mile away from the Den and walks the rest of the way to cut down on the petrol.

When she does invest, she always invests in kids products, bare in mind that the woman has no kids so she can spend all her money, I imagine she's got a Nursery in her house like Karen from Will & Grace, it'll never be used but she quite likes the scenery.

Peter Jones is my dad's boss. He is a cunt.

DM is where that show is at. Didn't she make 'all her money' in coaches or something equally as glamorous?

I didn't expect him to be any less, he comes across as one on the show, have you met him?

She's in the Leisure and Tourism industry, her vices include selling, 'caravan holiday homes, lodges, bungalows and 1,000 camping pitches'. So she's clearly the PINNACLE OF GLAMOUR. She's worth about £50 million.

She only got her fortune from SELLING THE FAMILY BUSINESS. Anyone can do that.

I've become hooked on repeats of this on that awful Dave channel recently and this is SO TRUE. I've seen a good two dozen episodes now and I can recall ONE thing she invested in...

I'd be interested in seeing a post-credit crunch update show. Some of the things they invest in make me CRINGE.

Did anyone see the Sport Relief special tonight? Deborah whirling her finger in the air whilst thinking was QUITE THE HIGHLIGHT.

And as for the obviously FAKE MOUSTACHE on that first man with his sideways bikes...
Fiona Bruce hosts the event, which comes this week from Stoke-on-Trent.

That made me cackle with laughter.

Ol' Debs just needs to lighten up a bit - the way she tears the clueless folk apart is FANTASTIC television.

Is there someone called DOUG on the panel of this show?

He's my old boss. I got an email from him the other day and he mentioned the show...

Well THAT was an interesting episode, particularly that funny little man at the end.

Does Deborah EVER invest on her own? Her and Theo and particular seem to have a right little love in going on, although I remember her investing with Duncan as well, I think. But I don't really recall her being the sole investor.

Deborah only ever seems to invest in food-related things - that vintage cake thing this week seemed about as (un)likely to succeed as that stupid website where you "share" recipes with other people.

I'm kind of with Duncan on the last pitch and their "patent" - I cannot really see how you can patent "a storage space for the delivery of purchased food with temperature regulation" - does that mean if I tell Asda to leave my shopping in a cool box in the back garden I'm infringing on a patent?

    She looks BRILLIANT.

I always thought James Caan was a big lump of dead wood, so i really would have been happy with anyone replacing him, but i fail to see how that lady can be anything other than fabulous. I mean look at her! She doesn't even need a personality, she's already my favourite dragon.
