Lily Allen - It's Not You, It's Me

So the album has its final name now - "It's Not You, It's Me" and it is due for release in February 2009.

The first single is going to be 'Everyone's At It' and it is all about the old drug problem in the UK:

Quite a decent little track but don't think it will win her too many new fans as I think it could quite easily slot onto the first album.

Her first album worked so well because people weren't aware of just how dorky she was.

WHERE is the chorus? It's alright.
What happened to those amazing tracks that were on her myspace early in the year. They would have made brilliant singles!

    From Digitalspy:

Lily Allen has confirmed that her new album will be titled It's Not Me, It's You.

The 12-track LP, the follow-up to her 2006 debut Alright, Still, will be released on February 9.

It will be preceded by a single, 'The Fear', on January 26.

The singer also revealed that she will be "touring extensively" next year.

Alright, Still, released in July 2006, sold more than 2.5 million copies worldwide and yielded the number one single 'Smile'.

    The album tracklisting in full:

    # Everyone's At It
    # The Fear
    # It's Not Fair
    # 22
    # I Could Say
    # Go Back To the Start
    # Never Gonna Happen
    # F**k You
    # Who'd've Known
    # Chinese

This was being played in Radio One when I was in the other day and it EASILY tops the first album. It's much poppier in a traditional sense though, so I might be on my own in thinking that.

So "I Could Say" is on there but "I Don't Know" isn't? Well better than nothing!

Some people are saying that "The Fear" is "I Don't Know". Just like "Fuck You" is "Guess Who Batman".
