Apparently the Mans song is nowhere near as strong as Cara Mia, so I'd say he might have to settle for Andra Chansen.

It all depends on whether Amy Diamond can pull of the Alexander Bard composition - which on paper, you'd guess no.

Overdue now, should of been announced on Wednesday although it's the Final of 'Idol' this week so he might be waiting for a big reveal with all of the contestants then.

It's confirmed now, E.M.D is the last wildcard next year with the song "Saturday Night", written by Jörgen Elofsson. This might be rather good since Jörgen have written some fantastic pop song through the years.

Wow! Less excited about EMD than I am about Jörgen writing it. He's one of my favourite songwriters of all time. "It's The Way You Make Me Feel" and "We R One" are amazing.

I like the Star Pilots, Johan Fjellström is a fantastic writer, he wrote 'In The Heat Of The Night' so although it won't be uniquely lyrical, it'll be catchy as fuck.

I'm so glad that Star Pilots have been announced. Heat 4 (the one I'm going to) was looking a bit bland compared to the other three.

Their cover of 'The One And Only' is a vast improvement on the original at least, but it's a disappointing follow up to 'In The Heat Of The Night'. 'Higher' should be amazing.

Being 5th in your heat seems to be this years 6th and 8th, Alcazar, Markoolio, Malena and E.M.D are all 5th. The majority of the artists who were on 6th and 8th went through last year!

Pretty much every artist on the list has a decent following. The Scotts currently have the #1 album in Sweden and Jonathan Fagerlund had a huge hit last year with 'Play Me'.

Add those two to Shirley and Alcazar, plus Emilia and Marie who cannot be discounted, and it could be a tight heat!

Alcazar said to my mate on NYE that they got the heat they didn't want to be in as the competition is so strong for them.

Also, apparently their MF entry has lots of handclaps. My mate got Andreas to sing part of it and according to his rendition it sounds like Hanson, Carson & Malmkvist's C'est La Vie...
