I only drink normal coke after a heavy weekend or at Christmas - I do like it but it is just far too sugary

Oh only the pomegranite and raspberry which is nice but not as good as the immense apple and pear.

Yes, I generally think the ZERO Fanta and Mezzo Mix (available in the UK?) are better than the LIGHT stuff. Different kind of sweeteners I guess.

They are different kinds of sweeteners.. it's acesflume k(?) which is more sugar-like than aspartame.

Well I agree... I would rather drink Pepsi if I could - which has more sugar in it than anything, a gram more than coke.

Surprisingly, orange sodas like Fanta don't have THAT much sugar in them, but Sprite/7 Up have as much as coke.

Lucozade of course has the most. I do love Tropical and Lemon Lucozade.

I'm shocked that Swedehead has started this poll! Talk about teeth rotting - diet or otherwise.

OT: I just tasted Snapple ice teas, and they are pretty good.

Lemonade-wise I think Orange Soda is one of my favourites but not available everywhere.

WHERE in the HELL is TANGO?

Anyway my favourite is Canada Dry. Absolutely beautiful. But I like to drink it infrequently, usually just at Christmas - it always feels much more of a TREAT that way

Tango is the Samantha Womack of sodas. I sorta don't mind orange tango, but I much prefer the taste of fanta.

What is Canada Dry, Jark? I thought that was beer.. is that Ginger Beer?

It takes a while to get used to the diet versions..

I will say that Coke Zero is the nicest. Pepsi Max has waaaay too much caffeine. Diet Irn Bru is revolting and I can drink it under no circumstances, the one diet drink I could never get used to.

Ginger beer is actually my favourite but I forgot until someone mentioned it in this thread.

I'm a sugar drinker though - none of this Diet shit.

Canada Dry isn't as bitter as ginger beer usually is though. It treads a really fine line, I can't even think of another drink that tastes quite the same. The supermarkets all do their own brand version which is usually just called American Ginger but it's not quite the same.

Canada Dry is giner ale rather than ginger beer, and it's clearer. Ginger beer's quite cloudy. I love canada dry with whiskey.
