Right, so on the 3/1/2011 my weight is: 151lbs.
I haven't started the diet yet as there's still plenty of Christmas leftovers that need eating, and we haven't done a proper big shop yet, but when my mum gets back from Cornwall today I'll let her know my intentions. Also, I'm back to work tomorrow and will start the gym up again tomorrow or this week some point.
I'll probably put my weight in here every Monday. I'm writing it on my calendar as well, but I think putting it on here might be an extra incentive to GET SHIFTING.
I just know that before long...
