    I'm on this shit like a faltering RNB megastar on a CHEESE CAKE.

    Week One 'weigh day' is Thursday for me, after several botched DIY diet attempts over the last year I've gone for the Dietchef meal delivery plan to avoid excessive portions, it's around 1400 calories a day + unlimited fruit and veg. 5 days in and the food is pretty decent so far. The lack of PIZZA is not.

    I have about 3 stone to lose in total, WISH ME LUCK.

    Weigh day is tomorrow for me. My nutritionist set a goal of 4kgs for me to lose in just two weeks. We'll see how it went...

    I maybe had 3 hours sleep at the most, but got up to go to the gym for 7am, did 40 minutes of weights (including rests in between) before getting that horrible dizzy feeling where you need to coach yourself not to faint, but recovered and ran 20 minutes at a really slow pace of 10 km/h just so I wouldn't sweat horribly. Late night is much more suitable for me I think.

    I feel like your body can't really benefit AT ALL from weight lifting after only three hours of sleep, especially when you're light headed (which probably means you're dehydrated or didn't eat enough?)

    Similarly, I only got three hours of sleep Thursday night so only could get around to doing cardio and some abs yesterday. 20 minutes of the bike and 15 minute of abs, but I regret doing it really. Thankfully I got a good night's sleep last night and feel back in the game.
