I'm on this shit like a faltering RNB megastar on a CHEESE CAKE.
Week One 'weigh day' is Thursday for me, after several botched DIY diet attempts over the last year I've gone for the Dietchef meal delivery plan to avoid excessive portions, it's around 1400 calories a day + unlimited fruit and veg. 5 days in and the food is pretty decent so far. The lack of PIZZA is not.
I have about 3 stone to lose in total, WISH ME LUCK.
