    2011 edition? At the end?

    ANYWAY

A few slices of panettone and lots of coffee for brekkie
Lunch will be some sort of stir fry with all the leftovers in the fridge

Dinner will be some sort of roast, red meat for him, white meat for me.

    Cornflakes for breakfast.

Then Mr L made lunch, which was faggots, chips, and broad beans

I knew they still made them, but hadn't had one for probably 25 years . He'll buy ANYTHING on special offer. I always live in fear of finding Findus crispy pancakes lurking at the back of the freezer.

I've been living off SAUCEPANS of spaghetti with chopped tomatoes or tuna salad for one meal per day for the whole year thus far, although I received several muffins yesterday.

It hasn't been a healthy year.

What kind of spaghetti? Not canned?

I've had brown bread rolls with pork on and pork pie and organic crisps on the side. All from the butchers, apart from the crisps. Typical Saturday lunch

I had a Heinz BIG SOUP. It was yum. It had potato, bacon, and veggies in it, and two slices of brown bread.

Breakfast - porridge [with light soya milk]

Lunch - pan-friend seabass [in literally 1 drop of olive oil ] and veg stir-fry [no oil; just some Dijon mustard and chili for seasoning] and a kiwi

Dinner will probably be turkey breast with broccoli and cauliflower.

What's soya milk like in porridge? I've taken to using half water/half semi skimmed (I can't do fully skimmed) milk when I have it.

Oh god NO, I could never have canned spaghetti. Literally just dried spaghetti boiled with some quickly boiled chopped tomatoes with chilli powder and pepper thrown in and mixed up with a bit of cheese.

It's a lovely tasty and simple meal. I often do it when I have no food in.

I always have a couple of cans of chopped tomatoes with garlic and herbs (I could use fresh but the whole point is that it's for lazy nights) in the cupboard, just to stir into pasta. It's perfect midweek 'can't be arsed' food. Lovely cooked up with some chorizo and chick peas, too.

As a student, it's pretty much my default 'can't be arsed' food...I think it says a lot about how terrible I am that I consider it pushing the boat out to go to the effort of mixing a tuna salad when I have that with pasta.

Considering how much I depend on pasta, I'm probably the Moopy Ano club's Antichrist

It's fine! No noticeable difference or complaints from me. It's fine with cereal too. Unfortunately it's VILE with tea or coffee.

I had a beer with the boss yesterday (see alcohol thread and my 'dilemma') so that's my treat for this week over and done with. BUT on the up-side we discussed my future and things look BRIGHT.

I mean I like a good OFFER but I'd draw the line at FAGGOTS

I've eaten all sorts of SHIT today including TURKISH DELIGHT, CHEESE and some M&S CREATION consisting of CARBOHYDRATE laced with CREAM (and a touch of spinach, which is of course VERY GOOD FOR YOU)
    And oh...

If you're not dieting (which you REALLY SHOULDN'T BE), just throw lots of brown sugar on it and serve it with ice cream. LOVELY!

Croissant for breakfast, then for lunch a Tescos thai chicken curry pot (which was far too tasty to be healthy), a grazebox punnett of dried bananas & cashews, a nutri-grain bar, and I have a banana in here. I've got a chicken stirfry tonight, and I won't put any noodles with it like I used to.

Yesterday wasn't as good a day. Lunch was fine and dinner was salmon, new potatoes and a greek salad. But then mum made me eat up Sunday's chocolate fudge cake and I had a huge slab.

It's a gym night tonight though!

    SHUSH YOU

The chocolate was in the middle of the afternoon... I got back to my desk and it was waiting there like a forlorn lover. So I quickly shoved it in my mouth.
