She's also a TOP FIFTEEN STAR in Wallonia.![]()
It's managed to chart well around the world too, compared to Poison which only charted in the UK, Ireland and SLOVAKIA ()

Despite the fact that it's completely ridiculous and about 2 minutes too long, I've come to really love Amenjena. It's the kind of thing I never expected to hear from a Nicole Scherzinger album.
Really? It's the type of thing I expected an album FULL OF and was pleasantly surprised to find restricted to one or two songs!
Amenjena is GREAT. I was going to do an album rate again rather than comment on songs individually, but it REALLY would be considered my C&S I fear.

I've only listened to the album a few times but my first impressions were that it could be trimmed by a few tracks (namely the slower ones)
I'd definitely lose Power's Out, Casualty and You Will Be Loved, out of the ballads.
I'd cut Power's Out and Heartbeat (as I have) and then it's all killer, but I can understand the general lack of love for the ballads.

You Will Be Loved is just a bit of a flat moment between Right There and Wet.
I kept Heartbeat because I quite like the mix version they have on it, it's not up there with the best stuff on the album though.
Perhaps we should have a survivor! But only if Say Yes wins, by legitimate means or otherwise.
I would enjoy attempting to orchestrate a Club Banger Nation victory IMMEASURABLY.![]()
It did 100k though so I don't think it was "lucky" rather than unexpected. It's Gold in Australia now, a solid top 20 staple nowadays. Glad to see the old girl getting some success.
Album track wise it's clearly ALL about Killer Love and Say YesIt's a really strong album surprisingly

I have just woken up to the fact that "Club Banger Nation" is fucking GLORIOUS
The "We're staying 'til the SUN COMES UP...' gives Britney's "Criminal" middle eight a run for its money as best pop moment of the year. And the song is totally 2011's answer to "Your Disco Needs You"
My favourite part is still the intro
RED ONE! NICOLE! THIS IS FOR ALL MY CLUB BANGER NAYSHUNS! ARE YOU READY?

I'm really warming up to the album as a whole though (except from the shit ballads), "Wet" is an absolutely SHAMELESS rip-off of "S&M" but SO GOOD
The ballads aren't terrible. Yeah they're not 10/10 moments, and it would've been nice if 1-2 had been cut in favour of another two generic club bangers, but overall the whole CD is great for what it is.
On X factor now:

Is this for the US release of Killer Love? If so, it really isn't what I was expecting.
I don't think so, as far as I know it's just a leaked track. It's quite odd, but I think I like it, the verses sound quite interesting.

Is a Nicole "Ah-Ha" just a loop from GarageBand?
”Go around, we're recreating a faux pas'”

The title track is as good as confirmed as single #4. YAY![]()

Club Banger Nation to be released as a radio only single in Portugal or Greece at least PLEASEpeople need this in their lives
cat, hat; in French, chat, chapeau in Spanish, el gato in a sombrero.
Club Bangah Nayshun to be unanticipated fifth single #1 HIT.
I imagine single #5 will be from a re-release around the time of X Factor, Club Banger Nation is too good to be wasted on the stupid British public anyway.

That's good, I hope it can perform as well as Right There
It's like you're screaming . . . and no one can hear;
you almost feel ashamed . . . that someone could be that important
Yeah the title track is the best choice. Another top 10 will keep me happy.
I heard 'Wet' about 3 times last night.
I really think she's missed a trick not releasing it.
Sorry VoR but it doesn't count if you came back home after a night out and put in on repeat in your living room
FEARLESS FEMALE
Look we've all done it
I kept tying to make Heidi Montag's Body Language happen in 09 by playing it to my flatmates before and after a night out but it DIDN'T HAPPEN
FEARLESS FEMALE
Another leak from the Killer Love sessions apparently, it's a bit shit though:

That's absolutely fabulous! It sounds like a minor top 20 hit from 1996!
It's really not my thing AT ALL.
