I TOTALLY forgot about it until last night actually (not exactly a great start), but yeah:

I love Moopy as is probably easy to see from the fact I'm on here so often and have been the #1 poster for much too long now and I would really love to have a hand in helping organise things to keep the site exciting/busy. I have experience being a mod on other forums (most natably Flop Of The Pops - not exactly something to be boasting about I know, but I have been in the job for over 18 months and I'd like to think that's as much down to my hard work/dedication to keeping things in order as anything).

As I say I am online A LOT, at most times of the day (usually a few hours in the morning, afternoon and most of the night) so would be freely available to fulfill requests for thread title changes/merges, deleting double threads and the like. That said I think it's important for a mod to their job without making much fuss about it, unless it's something that needs discussion such as banning SPASTICS, although in the case of our latest 'friend' Eugene I think being trigger happy is quite a good thing for example.

I'm not the most technically minded person, I do know enough to do a few small things, but what I lack in that department I make up for in enthusiasm/determination to do things and do them well.

All that said, I really do think the current batch of mods have done a really good job. Even though I've only really been here 2 years, the difference with this batch from the previous set of mods does show that there seems to be the right mix of people to get things done pretty effectively and in a timely fashion. So if people don't think I'd be a good fit that's fine, but I would like to be given the chance.
