Saint Etienne have contributed a track to the free Amy Winehouse tribute cd with this month's Q magazine. They did a bad language free version of Just Friends, which they say is their least favourite track from that album.
Having generally failed to engage very much with this album, I randomly bunged it on this morning only to find that 'DJ' moved me to UNEXPECTED TEARS

Not in person no, but I was once a Mod for PopJustice and he caused no end of trouble on a few occasions by being a TWAT. He also has DELUSIONS of GRANDEUR thinking he's some hot shot graphic designer when all he's done is a Sinitta Greatest Hits CD.
Plus the fact all he seems to do is travel round Europe going to Nicole Scherzinger gigs and then posting the pics online and using them as his avatar.

As for that video, vasilos cameo aside it's lovely and I've finally clicked with the song.

I paid more than regular for the French import already to have a jewel case version.
Oh my. Add to that the terrible tracklists for the re-issues of "lipslide" (not even including all the b-sides) and "casino classics "(changing the tracklist and replacing some of the tracks with new remixes) and this year has not been that great at all

But yes, the "Lipslide" track listing is terrible. I can understand why some of her older solo stuff is missing (record label issues, surely) but not even including all the tracks that were on various MONEY GRABBING ISSUES of the album at the time is disgusting. Especially as "Penthouse Girl, Pavement Boy" (the best thing she EVER DID solo) is missing...
