I think this rather wondeful little lady needs her own thread. She's from Norway, which is a good start, and her single 'Red Hot' is all kind of fantastic:



And how her soon to be 2nd single, Darkest Blue, looks like it wasn't just a one off moment of amazingness:



The first verse is a little odd, but the chorus and later verses are all much more like it.

I love Red Hot. She sounds really like someone in the chorus but I can't think who it is...

I like both those two a LOT. Not entirely sure about the image, though. It's a bit Jessie J channeling Swing Out Sister for my liking.

TRUE. The video is a bit cheap looking, which isn't necessarily a problem with this kind of music but she doesn't quite carry it off I agree. The music is very good though.

She's very kindly put the whole album on Soundcloud (HERE) and it features a nice extended version of Sailors which is even more than the original. It's a little samey on first listen, not really a bad thing given its all very good.
