Breakfast - Yoghurt and museli - (CRAP, and for £1.40. Never again)
Lunch - Cous cous salad with half a tin of tuna
Dinner - Jamie Oliver Fish Pie (which is TINY - don't bother kids) with packet of microwave veg and white sauce

Snacks throughout the day - Tiny cheese and bacon lattice pastry roll thing, banana, kiwi, two plums, pear, fruit corner yoghurt

I'll probably have a handful of boiled sweets from the sweet jar as well. I try not to, but they're SO tempting, and I want to GET RID OF THEM.
Wait a minute, that sounds like Rock and/or Roll!

    They were gigantic bowls.

My third, which I'm having now, has finished the whole packet.

    it's a really healthy snack

I've been eating peanut butter in wholemeal pitta for lunch with an apple. has to be no added sugar peanut butter though - whole earth do a good one.

Once you go all-natural peanut butter you can't go back to the fake stuff. If it doesn't get all soupy and runny at room temperature then you know it's not the real thing.

And yeah apple and peanut butter is amazing, I love that sweet/nutty combo. However, banana and peanut butter is even better + a glass of skim milk

Like Emma said, it's a really healthy snack, the healthy fats, fiber, protein of the peanut butter and the natural sweetness of an apple will keep you full/satisfied for quite awhile.

Oh I love the whole earth one.

There used to be a bakers in dorchester who made their own peanut butter which was absolutely amazing but they closed down.

I'm obsessed with peanut butter, I love it in stir fry or pasta.

Oh it's really good! You have to thin it down a lot with either hot water or olive oil, I often use a satay sauce packet. Tastes amazing!

    Porridge and mushed raspberries.
    Protein bar.
    Protein shake.
    6 slices of turkey.

Protein makes me fucking bloated. I didn't have time to eat much more, had work, gym and grabbed the turkey at 8. I hate eating later than 6pm.

Right. I watched an episode of nigella lawson last week and at the end she said she was making a vegetarian kebab which was hummus spread on a flatbread with chips and rolled up.

Today I searched for the flatbread she had which was thicker than a wrap and very big. They DO NOT EXIST on the island! The only flatbreads I found were thick and not foldable

The Middle Eastern shops near me have an amazing selection of flatbreads, including the big SHEETS like Nigella uses for that chip kebab.
