Yesterday I had a chicken burger with chips for brunch and then beef with yorkshire puddings, stuffing and gravy for dinner.

Basically, I was so hungover, I'd have eaten a pile of poo.

    Olives
    Pine nuts
    1 squeezed lime

7am: Granola (I'm going to try and not buy this again).
4pm: Chicken on two slices of granary bread with lightly spread cream cheese and cajun.

I'm kind of hungry. I might make more chicken as going to the gym later.

The sandwich was HUGE though. I can't decide if I should eat the chicken before or after the gym.

You can always make time to have a light snack, you don't need to sit down and have a 6 course meal in the middle of the day.

Breakfast: 2 slices of granary with chicken and cajon sprinkled on whilst cooking.
"Lunch" (I've heard of this before): 2 slices of granary bread with thinly-spread low fat chilli Philadelphia, het up in the microwave.

I feel a bit light headed and shaky so I'll need to pop out to buy dinner. I may just be shaking with dissertation stress though, it's hard to tell.
