Oh, he is, as best as he can! It's my stomach, so there's nothing he could feed me anyway.

I'm sick too RB. : ( Which is why I have been force feeding myself today:

    Water
    Porridge
    Tea x 3 (at least)
1 litre (!) of Ocean Spray Raspberry & Cranberry
    A multivitamin
3 slices of Polish 'corn bread'
    Salty Knorr packet vegetable soup
    Chicken & microwaved brown rice
    Glass of milk

I should have eaten more fruit and veg but I couldn't have been bothered.

Without meaning to be TOO GRAPHIC, I'm not even holding water down. The concept of not eating is SO ALIEN to me.

I am different, in that I often forget to eat and see it as an INCONVENIENCE and FINANCIAL BURDEN

Luckily, I just have a coldy/shivery thing (and an ongoing 3 DAY HEADACHE)

2 eggs on granary bread, with yolk spread and LOTS of pepper (is 50+ grinds excessive? I'm finally coming out as a pepper addict).
    2 bananas.
1 salmon steak, with cajun sprinkled, 4 mushrooms and a spoonful of chilli philidelphea.

I love macadamia nuts. The roasted kind are simply irresistible too.

They really are lovely. One of my favourite nuts

I've realised I need to eat more fish (but I don't want to) and vegetables. GAH. How boring.

I eat far too much mackerel than I'm sure is healthy. Cheap and better than skanky tuna.

I went through a very similar phase a few years ago - it was the peppered kind. Then I realised I STANK and I stopped

Peppered mackerel is delicious, but you do need to be starving to truly enjoy it. It's not comfort food, and I find it incredibly filling. I don't mind the tinned stuff either.

Yes the peppered type here too. I think it's entirely comfort food!

Mackerel's one of the few fish products I'm not that big on. It's just so FISHY. I don't hate it, but it's not a go-to.

Fish can be so expensive in the UK. It's quite ridiculous for a small island.

Salmon, beans and 2 eggs. I might need to go food shopping later. Powdered milk coffee is just rank.

I'd love to hire a personal trainer just to get a better routine, but the ones on my gym wall look like the kind of guys it would just be really awkward with. I even got the minging one for my induction and he barely showed me how to use a treadmill.

Whatever I ate it's given me a horrible dodgy tummy:

Breakfast was granola. Dinner was tuna steak, feta cheese, 1 onion, mushrooms, cauliflour, broccoli, pine nuts and cous cous.

White bread with really hard crusts, if I'm thinking of the same thing. Plain loaf is what I'd call it though.
