I reckon you should give it a good month. Wear your lenses as little as possible and use those drops to try and clear it out properly!

The stinging wouldn't be caused by glasses, that's probably just dry eyes, but if you're getting headaches/eyestrain then it's deffo worthwhile.

Looked at the tracklist now I wonder what a 13 year old me WAS EVER THINKING at SOME OF THAT CRAP. MC Hammer and Bitty McLean?? Mind you, it was the first time I had ever heard BLUE MONDAY, so it was certainly not ALL BAD.
I've got loads of those best of the 90's dance compilations but really you cant beat listening to the original compilations to remind yourself of some of the DIRGE that was out there.

A month! Ouch! I've just put in some of the drops. The problem with this is that I can't turn my eyelids inside out to see what it's like now and see if it's working.

I MUCH prefer compilations of the time rather than retrospective compilations, which only stick on the big hits. You can earth some forgotten GEMS.

It's true you can only find the TRUE GEMS on the OF THE TIME compilations. Rednex, Clock and Perfecto Allstarz don't get MANY OUTINGS these days - FOR EXAMPLE.

    Colleage is now ranting:

"Apparently the Olympics cost 8 BILLION, and they're hoping to make back 4 MILLION. They had a CHOICE to either FIX THE COUNTRY or HOST THE OLYMPICS and they chose to HOST THE OLYMPICS!!!!1!!"

I saw him in 'Crazy Stupid Love' recently too and was shocked (I think it was the speaking that threw me) but he was still ohsohot. He got naked and the girl said Wow it's like you've been photoshopped. I mopped up the dribble from my chin and consoled myself he'd only make me feel ugly in the morning.

4 million can't possibly be right though?!

And didn't we win the bid in 2005, well before the credit crunch?!

HA! I knew this PENSIONS PRESENTATION would go on for EVER (coming up to TWO HOURS). I'm in the office ON MY OWN

*strips naked and runs up and down the stairs singing "I'd Rather Jack"*

My boss phoned me and asked if I was going and I said "I AINT EVEN BOVVERED"

I'd RATHER WORK than sit through THAT SHIT
    And oh...
    Oh HOW MANY YEARS
    Is it NOW Maurice?

Also it's funny how the PHONE HASN'T RUNG ONCE while I've been here on my own

Obviously everyone's MOTHER has been ADVISED IN ADVANCE
    And oh...

    Is it NOW Maurice?

WTF is WRONG with some people thinking it is acceptable to just leave a toilet cubicle with a MASSIVE TURD in it?

I just had a sort of 15-rated Mr Bean moment where I was bursting and there was only one cubicle left, and I was greeted with said massive turd. I waited a few minutes but the other cubicle didn't free up so I (from as far as possible) flushed the toilet, but it wouldn't shift. More time passes (I presume it's the same guy spreading his MUTANT POO across multiple toilets) and I grab the toilet brush. Not only does this not work, the poo STICKS TO THE BRUSH and despite frantic shaking I can't shift it. THIS IS NOT EVEN MY POO!

I ended up putting the toilet brush, still be-turded, back in its place holder and fleeing, still on the brink of a complete bladder collapse and now also trying valiantly not to vomit.

I had to guide my mum through the opening of an email the other day. She really is a luddite and is so reluctant to indulge in the internet, despite the MANY obvious benefits to her life.

Too late to start a thread now, but did anyone just watch the Elizabeth Taylor documentary on Channel 4? I'm still watching as viewing on +1. Very entertaining, but I'm not sure why they've tried to do a biographical documentary revolving around her jewellery auction. Only a little bit goes back to all of her bling. Joan Collins is brilliant on this.
