    hurt Series 8 Episode 8

    HELLO.

GOD at these people predictably going for fake tan to sell to Essexites. We like OTHER stuff you know! Like blue fizzy drinks, and slut bands.
Wait a minute, that sounds like Rock and/or Roll!

I wish I could watch this tonight. Have fun and call Laura Hogg a NIPPY WEE CUNT a few times for me

Azhar showing lack of backbone by trying to set the team leader up by constantly picking up on her faults so he can make a point of it in the boardroom.

20 minutes for the boardroom? Either something really interesting happens or they didn't have much interesting task footage.

If I were Hobbit I'd do my best to keep Ricky and the other one away all day too.

I quite like Jade after her boardroom performance. At the minute I'd be happy with any one of her, Tom or Jenna in the finals, so long as Hobbit and Hogg make it.

What? She is a nice girl but she was a really bad project manager! Azhar was shit all around so I didn't mind that he went but in this task alone Jade ballsed it up on her own (and she knew it).

Ricky is growing on me, anyone else getting homo-vibes from him?

I think the fake tan hissy fit confirmed it for me.

Absolutely. Her not leaving is an absolute JOKE. It's clearly all down to her having a better (or rather more appealing to Sugar) business plan than Azhar, surely. He clearly is no great loss, but I think the decision this week is probably in the top ten of Sugar's worst.

Oh she was definitely shit, but endearingly so.

I think Suralan would've kept her over Azhar under the old format too. He has no problem keeping the one with a bit of fire if it's their first time in the boardroom, especially if they're against someone who doesn't really have much to say at all.

And did I completely miss the week Azhar was PM? I honestly can't for the life of me remember when it happened.

The muted response on Moopy to this series sums it all up. BORING.

New business person heading it up next year please Auntie Beeb.

i like Jade, i appreciate her pearl necklace and earrings.

it is the weakest season i've seen so far, by this time each year you would have an idea about who would make the finals but this year i really don't see it. The cute guy who was in the boardroom is probably going to make to the top 4 with Jenna who seems to be getting better.

I think it's the tasks as well as Alan Sugar. They really need a think up some new ones as it is the same year in, year out in a different order. This year is particularly weak because I find the whole bunch of contestants rather DULL, there really aren't any characters at all, and that's what usually lifts the repetitiveness to watchable levels.

Poor Jade, she fell apart in that board room. So basically that other guy really just needed to say that he would work on making sure his constructive criticisms didn't sound merely negative and repetitive. Jade really should have went, but I'm guessing the fact that had she have avoided slashing her prices as much could have won it based on the other team not selling a good while.

Tom has the deadest eyes, but he has certainly come across as one of the most competent this series. I'm glad Jade managed to stick around against all odds, I love her voice.

    smoke

So more of the same then but despite initial reservations I'm liking this series. I like how there's more uncharismatic misfits and less emphasis on perfect model bots from casting central; I'm surprised that blonde piece lasted so long.

"Jade" has either had hardly any screen time or is jus an inconspicuous dullard. But there's another couple of eminently choppable nonentities that have done nada. One of whom I really like, the mixed race one, don't know her name, she looks so lovely and motherly, nice that she's survived.

They can also get rid of that Emmerdale bint, but how male dominated can it get?! Scottish bitch (who looks like a deflated Sally from Home and Away) is too whiny, where are all the brilliant people.

I was also saddened that they got rid of the Winehouse clone from episode 2, boring! Getting rid of the Irish slut was the big shock, she struck me as very capable, but was always gonna be Kristina Grimes lite, sans the people management skills.

So yetanother couple of weeks of dead wood/wrong people getting axed!
