I love how it's "JUST THE OTHER TEAMS".

I'll be totally honest with you, maybe if Team GB hadn't been as cocky as they were claiming they're the 'world's best team right now' and they'd 'run it the way they ran Kopenhagen2011' the other teams would've been more inclined to jump in earlier and help make some pace.

And letting a 32 men strong pack get away was incredibly silly regardless of everything else.

It's not only the fault of the other teams, but it's undeniably a big factor. If other teams had been willing to make pace then it should have been possible for the peloton to catch the leading group regardless of how they decided to ride. I can certainly understand why the other teams decided to ride the way that they did, because if Great Britain had made up the time on their own, they'd have been in a strong position, but ultimately they've cost themselves and Great Britain a chance at a medal.
