    Why do we hate Jeter?

Doesn't Amir Kahn SCRUB UP WELL. I bet Thorpey is eyeing him up for a BIT OF BROWN tonight ;-)

Cause as Bev and Sheena mentioned, she's a rather blatant cheat.

They planned 86 medals, 28 golden

They never planned that many medals. Completely overcooked and blown out of proportion and context by media and newspapers alike.

The Dutch wanted one more than 4 years ago (16 + 1) and we have 19 at the moment and we will get at least another silver in hockey tomorrow.
What's confusing? We just find the heart of the prison and the dragon who speaks without walls, and we're home free. Simple.

Yup, 'twas the same over here. Beijing levels of success. It's been all a bit more silver rather than golden but we've surpassed Beijing in the medal cóunt and that's not too bad.

That "81 medal plan" from Autumn 2008 was used for funding, planning and organisation for all events where the committee presumed there might be some sort of a chance of getting something. Needless to say it's way beyond what could realistically be achieved and everyone knows that but it's obviously a GREAT STORY to print a few days before the Olympics are over.

Anyways, based on today's show I'm positively optimistic for the German guys from the 10m. Klein did was very clean except for the last dive and Wolfram did FAR better than I had anticipated.
    Amazed they did so well.

Well Klein won the Bronze at the world championships so it's not that much of a MASSIVE SHOCKER he's done quite alright tonight.
