    If I pay it in tomorrow it should clear by Friday... and I have to get the claim form back by Monday if I'm going ahead with it... arse :grr:

    It SHOULD be ok, he'll have just been paid... and if you write a bouncy cheque your bank charge you don't they... can't see that he'd risk that
