    I can't remember the last time I bought anything in Waterstones. I just browse and then go home and buy it online.

    I love Waterstones. I could spend hours in there.

    I always buy my books on there, unless I am doing an Amazon order for other stuff then I might think to look at the books as well.

    I get leaflets from Red House books all the time. Don't think I've ever ordered with them. It's children's books only. I assume they are owned by the same company as The Book People, as I've ordered with them before. Either that or they sold my details.
