It's just for the Office of National Statistics so they know who's in the country at the moment. They do it every 10 years and it's NOT OPTIONAL

I'm back from a fun filled 4 days down south. Went to my best mates wedding which was far more civilised than I thought it would be considering there was a free bar and a large portion of the guests were from Thamesmead.
