Who plans on going?
I went twice to the reunion tour and once to the Christmas one so I am sure I will go to this. as long we it's not in May.
It's in May.
Count me in...HOORAY!
I shall be there, of course.
What's with the picture on their official site? Claire looks like the acid's just kicked in and poor dear Faye looks like a braying donkey. I presume that's LSL's bad arm INSIDE the jacket
Claire looks especially unhinged
Claire's just thinking about how long she's got before the Pasta alla Clara needs to come off the hob.
What are the dates and venues? I thought their reunion tour last time was pretty SHODDY so won't be going I don't think, even though I love a bit of Steps
Don't think it's been announced yet.
I've never seen them live because my parents wouldn't take me in the 90s (it didn't work, I still grew up bent) and nobody would come with me to the reunion. So who will let me tag on with them...?
After going in 2012, I have no desire to revisit them. Not that it was bad (it was fabulous), but that urge has certainly been quelled.
Naturally I am beyond excited, having moved to the UK six months after the last tour.
Even if it's average, just seeing what is (sadly) my favourite band of all time on stage will be a moment.
I said the same thing at that dreadful looking Christmas tour they did, but time has elapsed enough for me to get VERY excited about the whole thing again...
REALLY excited for the tour
Serving Put the Needle on it era Dannii there. Suddenly (winter) warming to the former fatso.
The tour announcement is well exciting. I hate that they go on sale at such an awkward time, people work you know!!!
I can't believe I am going to see Steps after 20 years as a fan. Amazing.
Going London, Manchester and Aberdeen
The presale tickets for Glasgow are all shit.
Two tickets in Brighton is coming up at £220!
All front 5 or so rows for all venues tend to be £110. Everything else behind should be £45 or less?
I got Block 7 which wasn't TOO bad but slim pickings as usual!
Standing tickets for Bournemouth secured.
I only just signed up to the mailing list, I take it that's too late now for pre-sale?
No there's a link. PM me your email if you need it, presale stays on until Friday I believe
Thanks for the offer but I can't find anyone to go with.
Well I saw them last night - supported by the Vengaboys (who now look like 1970s era porn stars) and they were bloody marvellous.
That granny in the audience beside me who giot so excited that she accidentally punched me in the head deserves to die.
H was vile.
Lee was fit (and managed to get a few vocals).
Claire's thighs were thunderous but she looked and sounded well.
Faye was magical.
Oh Lisa, Lisa, Lisa. She looked like a little teapot - short and stout.
In 2004 as her desperate attempts to succeed as a solo star were fading to dust, she was a performer at Amsterdam Gay Pride. After performing her set, she announced that she would be signing autographs backstage, after the show. As I was walking past, I saw her being mobbed by literally twos of fans. I approached and asked her to sign my programme. She asked me my name, and when I told her she squealed ‘Ooooh. At least I can spell that’. I have loved her ever since.
She was everything.
I saw the set list and it looked great, apart from some of their best singles being placed in mash-up segments!
And there's one single that really did NOT need a full version of AGAIN.
If it's their crap cover or that ballad, I agree.
I’m selling 4 tickets for this at the O2 next Friday if anyone is interested.
I’m truly shook from that show.
Utterly utterly incredible. Their best tour ever!
My turn tonight and I just can’t wait.
I’ve avoided all spoilers apart from knowing that THAT track from Buzzz is in the set list
Saw them Thursday in Brighton. The Vengaboys were such fun!
And Steps , well, what a show! Even H was bearable . Queen Faye ruled obviously.
And they did my favourite album track from Step One
She was older...
Fucking wonderful at Wembley Arena tonight.
And I would like to add the fact what When I Said Goodbye is a tremendous song
