Did anyone ask for an accoustic version of Manboy?

    We got one anyway:

No, I asked for Sleepless to be added to the World Service playlist.

Let's have the video for Sleepless. Have you seen it Diddy?

That actually works far better than I thought it would.

Although it would work better if he himself was acoustic in the video.

I love how he just randomly breaks into song in the video. Plus the acoustic version works better than I thought it would.

Oh and the fact he's hot helps too I guess.

    I WOULD.

But then, I would for most things. I remain eternally disappointed that his hotness overwhelmed my initial hatred for Manboy to the point that I love it.

I recall discussing with a friend during Melodifestivalen - if by some quirk of fate the Swedes had gone with Manboy, and it had been drawn in between the UK entry and the Dutch entry (if it had, by another quirk of fate, qualified), it would probably have been the campest ten minute slot in the entire history of Eurovision.

This will be my only contribution in this thread. He can't sing for shit and he's not even cute.

    Bye.

    Again I agree with Larsie.

That said I don't really hate him for any of it.

I was referencing his looks more than his vocal talent :D#

That's all that REALLY matters anyway.

    Thanks David!

But just for the record, I don't HATE him, I'm just saying he's lacking of talent that's all. :)

Well I wouldn't, Manboy is about right, there's something about his face that just looks TWELVE.

I see. He just looks like a generic gai/metrosexual too me. Just pay a visit in the Eastern parts of Stockholm where they all look like that. Nothing special in other words. :)

Though on a serious note, I was looking at the central bit near the train station (Normhalm or something?), how big IS Stockholm? Am I just as good to go somewhere else in the city?

I thought £149 for 3 nights was very reasonable until i read "no bathroom, no window" :D

Norrmalm is the city centre and it's quite dull to be honest. If I were you I would go for these parts of the city: Södermalm, Gamla Stan or Kungsholmen. Much nicer and more lively than city centre. But you should ask Robotboy as he stayed here a lot of times. I don't really know that much about which hotels that are great or not. When are you planning to come?

Sounds palatial compared to the place me and Ill Advised stayed on the first trip to Stockholm.

Hostels are so not good for a man my age.

the day after Eurovision, I'm coming by train and leaving the same way, so that's why i was thinking of staying close to the station.

But yes I should harass RB on the topic

I want to go back to Stockholm, I never really got to see that much of it last time. Tourism days and Schlager nights would be good.

I'm surprised that this hasn't been posted yet. Eric Saade speaking / singing about the condition he has which causes water to pour down on him whilst he is going about his everyday business.

I like the bit where he gets wet :)

On 19th of May, songwriters' list sounds promising - Fredrik Kempe, Peter Boström, Alexander Kronlund, Dimitri Stassos, Jason Gill, Anton Malmberg Hård Af Segerstad, Harry Sommerdahl.
