I thought it was Sincerely Yours that was the single in Australia? They are probably the two obvious options left anyway.

Or perhaps it IS that. They are my two faves and I could well be utterly befuddled.

Anyone have an updated sales total for Golden? I'm guessing around 122k at this point?

Yes, I still think they would be silly not to roll out Shelby 68 or Raining Glitter at the end of Jan/Feb.

Well, if BBC Breakfast won't have her, anyway.

She absolutely should get a BRITS perf after the year she's had and hopefully being nominated.

I am already imagining the tour video of Shelby in the background :disco:

I hope you’ve all already ordered your silver Christmas collectors cassette of Golden. Ripping the arse out of it a bit now but if it sells I guess why wouldn’t you?

Did Take That outsell her with their cassette version? She's clearly desperate to hold on to the title .

:D Have there ever been ANY other threads with ongoing album sales chat EIGHT MONTHS after release?

    BLESS* :disco:

*Not that I have any intention of buying or listening to it :tongueout:

The utter shamelessness! I know there is apparently a GH coming next year but I'm surprised she didn't stick out a deluxe CD to further fleece her gays.

I don't know if that latest cassette is less limited or if people are just not interested any more, but I notice it's still on sale on her website. The last one had sold out by the time I was aware of it.

Kylie will not be nominated for a Brit, and I really can't see her performing. They're all about chasing that youth demo these days.

She might be lucky in the fact that there haven’t been THAT many high profile international female releases that the Brits would likely pick up on.

I think Kacey Musgraves should be nominated and should win. Would be lovely to see Kylie in the mix.

I would like both, but I think it will be tight for nominations.

Ariana is surely nailed on for the win due to success and circumstances. Then there is Camila Cabello and Cardi B in terms of hit makers, and Janelle Monae, Courtney Barnett and Cat Power were all nominated for their last release and have new albums with varying levels of critical acclaim.

I wouldn’t have picked Camilla Cabello as an obvious nomination, but that’s a great shout.

The Camila album was fucking awful. Its Grammys recognition is a shitshow. So of course the BRITS will nominate it.

Camilla was such a nonstarter. Aside from Haavana nana na, what else has she done of notice? Poor thing's last two single releases weren't even featured on her album!
