Aerobics, Body pump, yoga, spin, anything like that?

Spin always looks like utter TORTURE when I see it. That self-defence thing looks quite fun though.

it's a class on static bikes to music - it's an absolute KILLER.

they aren't just regualar exercise bikes either - the pedals are weighted so once they are turning really quickly they build momentum and you have to use the resistance to stop your legs going round and round!

not competing at all, you're just trying to keep up with the music - and in my gym all the bike are in rows facing the front so you aren't looking at each other at all

Well, they're in a sprt of semi-circle round the instructors bike with about 3 rows deep. So your more likely to be looking at someones' sweaty pumping buttocks. Last time I saw it some 50yo woman was POUNDING away at it, by far the fastest. I was impressed, but I'd rather stick pins in my eyes.

Started off with pussy amalgamated yoga of all different types, now getting into proper ashtanga.. it's taking some time, and it's bloody difficult but I'll get there in the end.

I'd much rather do this and cardio than weights.. I just fucking hate weights.. 3 sets of this, 15 reps of that, protein shake this, creatine that.. fucking crap.

Spinning looks like the worst kind of hell... But for £2.00 a pop I'm sure I can work off a few stoned Dominos sessions... (pizza, not the game)

For the purposes of blagging on a CV, couldn't your posts on moopy be classed as creative writing?

I don't ACTUALLY care about what goes on my CV... It was just an analogy for saying I WANT OUTSIE ACTIVITIES.

I think I used to do Pump in the UK. Whatever the one is where you do exercises with weights. I'd only have a 8-10kg weight and FUCK it was a killer. The next day I could barely move.

These days I don't do anything. I much prefer solitary exercise where I do what I want than some Nazi shouting at me.

I did pilates tonight for the first time! I was the only male there, everyone else was either 80, or an annoying 40 something podgy housewife in annoying little cliques. The woman doing it was a completely patronising, horrible annoying CUNT but in a very subtle way (shes amazing in other words) and I think she took a shine to me because she came over and touched me or moved my legs around every 3 seconds..or maybe i was just doing everything wrong.

Im aching like hell now though :(

Being completely a completely patronising horrible annoying cunt in a subtle way is something I aspire to.

Pilates is ace. It just takes a while to get going if you're a beginner.

I really need to meet more flexible hotties in 2018 but I can't imagine any physical activity I would be worse at than yoga.

Thankfully, I found an expert online who was willing to share her story.
